Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
All made-to-order items are non-refundable. If it arrives damaged, we will replace the item for free. See "Damaged Items" below for more details.
For non-customized orders, we have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. For accepted returns, customers will receive a full refund less the original shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at theminivans_craftystudio@proton.me.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at theminivans_craftystudio@proton.me with photos of the damage and your receipt. We will replace damaged items for free when photos of the damage are provided with your receipt.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at theminivans_craftystudio@proton.me with your receipt and photos of the item you incorrectly received. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect order.
Cancellations
Cancellations for customized products are not accepted unless production has not yet begun.
Order cancellations for non-customized items are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order and only if the shipping label has not been created yet.

Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or delays in delivery. We are not responsible for any customs or taxes that may apply to your delivery.
Custom Orders
Text or photos provided for custom orders are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide spell-checking or photo editing services. What we receive is what will be used for your order. Refunds will not be granted for spelling errors in text provided by the customer or poor image quality in images provided by the customer.
Right of Refusal
The Minivans Crafty Studio reserves the right to deny returns at any time. The Return & Refund policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
